Product delivery
Delivery will be processed within 2-4 business days in Bangkok metropolitan area and its nearby provinces, and 3-7 business days for other areas by counting the next business day after your receipt of email as the first day of processing.

Purchase order cancellation
Upon successful payment, you will not be able to cancel that purchase order. Please check product details and net payment amount before making every payment. In case of product defect due to manufacturing, please consult the product return and replacement policy.

Product return and replacement policy
We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with Somuti products you ordered. If you encounter problems of the products due to defects in the production process, incomplete or incorrect delivery according to the receipt or delivery note, please notify the Customer Service within 15 (fifteen) days from the successful order date. The Company will send a new replacement product to you within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving the returned product from you.
The Company reserves the right to replace, return the product and delivery costs. You shall be responsible for delivery costs yourself in the following cases.
